Yoram Bauman is a PhD environmental economist (also known as the world’s only “stand-up economist”) who co-authored the 1998 book Tax Shift with Sightline’s Alan Durning, and The Cartoon Introduction to Climate Change with Grady Klein. He is a leader with CarbonWA.
Lynn Fitz-Hugh, coordinator of 350 Seattle, speaks primarily to church and academic groups on divestment and positive ideas for dealing with climate change.
Michael Foster: Michael Foster works with children from 8-14, preparing them to be “climate justice ambassadors”, through his local chapter of a worldwide campaign. He speaks to and works with kids (to teach them to be climate justice ambassadors).
Larry D. Gussin, is a volunteer climate activist and educator with the Climate Reality Project and the Sierra Club. His Gussin Climate Action Fund is a donor advised fund of the Sierra Club Foundation.
William McPherson is a retired environmental diplomat with 21 years’ service in the U.S. Foreign Service, including assignments in Tokyo and Geneva. He has continued his work on international environmental issues, after retirement, working with Earth Negotiations Bulletin, a newsletter on environmental negotiations. He is an activist with the Sierra Club, working on issues of climate change and coal exports. He recently authored the book Ideology v Science: Climate Change Denial.
